Welcome to my portfolio page. This page showcase my works from different categories of illustrations, game art, UI/UX and graphic design, that I have created during my creative career, from cartoony art to elegant graphic visuals, in media and gaming industry. I am also a new member in demoscene and you can see some of the works from there.
My name is Tuija Fagerlund, and I am an illustrator/game artist from Finland. I started my career with illustrations and graphic design, and I have been working as a game artist for 12yrs. My ideal work is to work in versatile assignments, where I can combine my illustrative and graphic designer’s skills – my goal is to make visually attractive designs! I graduated from Saimaa University of Applied Sciences (BA, Culture and Arts), studying traditional art and I am currently studying Master’s degree in UI/UX at LAB University of Applied Sciences, specializing in mobile game’s UI/UX.
I am inspired by cartoonish and graphic style, cute animals and Japanese aesthetics. I have designed a wide range of graphics for the I have experience working with brands, including illustrations for advertisements, UI icons, websites, applications, games, marketing art and magazines, for digital and print.
